I offer individual and group therapy for sexually compulsive or
addicted people and their partners. I am a Certified Sex Addiction
Therapist (CSAT). I was trained by Patrick Carnes, Ph.D., author of Out
of the Shadows. Carnes is an internationally-known expert in the
field of sex addiction. I use his task-centered approach to help
my clients navigate through recovery.
I work with both gay men and
straight men in helping them identify and change problem behaviors,
determine their triggers and addictive cycle, explore causes, resolve
trauma, and find healing.

the partner/spouse
I also work with partners and spouses of people whose sexual acting out
has caused wreckage in their relationship. I empathize with how
isolated partners feel in their pain, their feelings of betrayal, and
their feelings of hopelessness. I help partners through the ups and
downs, and help them find their own sense of healing and strength.
Group approach
For those affected by sexual
compulsivity, I offer group therapy in addition to individual therapy.
My bi-weekly therapy groups help you experience a new approach to
address your problems in a casual setting with other people. Currently,
I am offering a men's sexual addiction group. I plan to offer a group
for partners in the near future. Please call if you are
